Frais CultureOut and about: A few months ago I found myself representing Frais Culture, at a really upscale General networking event. While only being in this blooging world for only so long, I wasn’t too keen on how to properly mingle at this “soiree”.
Nonetheless i threw myself into the mix and started talking to people. I was rather disappointed to find out that theses broad networking events can easily turn into a contest of who has the better business card. I got sucked into countless mundane conversations about how they are better than most people, and how their buusness are so much more sucessful than the next guy.
A month ago, when I found out that Richochet Lounge would be hosting the Fashion Bloggers do it better event, Flashbacks from my previous endeavor crept in my mind.
Boy was I wrong!!!
Cocktails, Photos, laughs, cupcakes, high heels, and any other fun filled adjective were present!
I made some great contacts, and was very surprised to see how creative and passionate people were about this fashion world.
Being caught up in so many talks, I wasn’t too trigger happy, but I took a few picks of some very well dressed folks!
